The process of assessing the level of subsidy to be paid for a resident on the basis of his or her relative care needs.
n. formal review of a health-care professional’s performance, carried out on an annual basis by a trained appraiser in order to provide feedback on past performance, chart continuing progress, and identify needs for development.
