Metatarsus: From 2 Different Sources


Metatarsus is the group name of the ?ve metatarsal bones in the foot. Metatarsus varus is the condition characterised by deviation of the forefoot towards the other foot. It is a common condition in newborn babes and almost always corrects itself spontaneously. Only in the rare cases in which it is due to some deformity of the bones or muscles of the foot is any treatment required.

In-toe Gait
