Metropathia Haemorrhagica: From 1 Different Sources
A disorder characterised by irregular bouts of uterine (see UTERUS) bleeding – without previous OVULATION – due to excessive oestrogenic activity. It is associated with endometrial hyperplasia and cysts of the ovary.
