Nausea: From 4 Different Sources


Sensation of sickness with tendency to vomit.

Common causes: stomach upset from food indiscretion, emotional episode. May precede active vomiting in sick headache, migraine or liver disease.

For simple nausea: a cup of German Chamomile, Peppermint, Ginger, Black Horehound or Balm tea, or suck segment of crystalised Ginger, or Liquorice. For nausea of pregnancy: see: MORNING SICKNESS. Entry: VOMITING also refers.

If nausea persists for a number of days a practitioner should be consulted.
