(prepuceplasty) n. an alternative to circumcision to correct a tight foreskin (prepuce). The procedure involves a short longitudinal incision into the narrowed end of the prepuce that allows easy retraction. The inner and outer layers of the prepuce are then sutured together transversely to widen the preputial opening.
